Shahrukh Khan turns item boy for Always Kabhi Kabhi

Gone are the days when item numbers were only performed by female actresses. With Indian Cinema experimenting with different topics, we have male actors performing on the moves of the item numbers. The latest upcoming item number is of Bollywood’s very own Shah Rukh Khan, for his home production Always Kabhi Kabhi. This is not the first time that he is performing an item song he has danced on them several times before also.

King Khan was the one who laid the stone of item boys and was later followed by other male actors namely, Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Abhay Deol. And soon we will be seeing more names added to this list of bollywood’s item boys.
His first item number was ‘Ishq Kamina’ in movie ‘Shakti’ where he matched his moves with gorgeous Aishwarya Rai. All his item numbers have made a mark in film industry including ‘Mast Kalandar’, ‘Marjani’ and ‘Love mera hit hit’ (Billu). His most famous and remembered among them is ‘Kaal Dhamal’ of movie ‘Kaal’ where he flaunted his six pack body.

Team of his upcoming home production ‘Always Kabhi Kabhi’ revealed that this time also he has worked hard on his body to gain the love of audience for his song. Though he will not be seen in the movie as the main cast but he will be doing his part by doing this item number to promote his film. A source confirmed this by saying, “It is merely going to be used as a promotional tool to hype the film much like what he had done earlier for Kaal in which he shook a leg with Malaika Arora Khan and in Rakesh Roshan's Krazzy 4 for which he did it as a friendly gesture to the Roshans. With SRK's injury now being a thing of the past, he has his physique back and he intends to flaunt it in the song."

The movie will mark the debut of the director, Roshan Abbas, and of the main lead actress Zoa Morani, who is daughter of King Khan’s friend Karim Morani.
